Securing skilled workers through an attractive living and working environment
The Würzburg-Schweinfurt Chamber of Industry and Commerce is convinced that in order to recruit sufficiently good domestic and foreign skilled workers and managers in Mainfranken, the respective cities in the region must offer (new) citizens an offer that meets their needs. For this reason, a questionnaire was drawn up to give the municipalities the opportunity to take part in an audit and to test their "quality of life" in terms of family friendliness, cultural offerings, leisure and sports activities, nature, service, etc. After a successful audit, the city of Bad Kissingen now has the right to use the quality mark "Excellent place to live for skilled workers".

We would like to pass on our experience and offer our trainees optimal vocational training in a committed team under fair conditions.
